Butternut Squash and carrot soup

Are you wondering what to make out of the season’s fresh carrots and butternut squash. Just peel them and dice into cubes. Toss the squash cubes in olive oil and put them in oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle salt and black pepper and cook until oysters curl around the corners. Transfer them to milk mixture and turn off hear. Add oyster liquor to hot skillet and cook 3 minutes till liquor boils and sprinkle with parsley.

Take fat-free chicken broth, water, frozen broccoli florets, salt and pepper, low-fat cheese and 1 diced tomato. Combine broccoli, water, tomatoes and broth and bring to simmer and cook for 25 minutes till broccoli turns tender. Transfer veggies to a blender and process to make them bite-size and bring them to pan. Add cheese to soup and stir.

Take 3 tomatoes and peel them. Boil them and remove the skins and coarsely chop. Melt butter over medium heat and add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Now, add onion and cook for 4-5 minutes, add chopped tomatoes, reduce heat and bring to boil. Stir occasionally. Transfer tomato mixture to food processor and process until even. Stir the remaining basil, pepper and salt into tomato mixture. Heat and add cream and sprinkle basil and chopped tomato.
